Remax Professionals is experiencing a fast growth!

We are seeking Real Estate Agents willing to work inside and/or outside and must be able to work in a very demanding fast-paced environment.

Duties:
Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site for their consideration, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Include agents who represent buyer.

Appraises properties to determine loan value based on current market conditions to suggest a reserve or minimum selling or purchase price, answers client's questions regarding work under construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals, contact utility companies for service hookup to client's property.

License:
California Department of Real Estate.

Education:
Real Estate

Majors preferred:
Business, Communications, Advertising, Media, Finance, Marketing, and Sales but not required.
