DESCRIPTION
Due to our fast growth iStar Real Estate, the real estate division of Pro Capital Mortgage, The 10 Most Dependable Mortgage Brokers of Northern California, is seeking Real Estate Agents.

Candidates must be able to work inside and/or outside and must be able to work in a very demanding fast-paced environment

Duties:
Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site for their consideration, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Include agents who represent buyer.

Appraises properties to determine loan value based on current market conditions to suggest a reserve or minimum selling or purchase price, answers client's questions regarding work under construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals, contact utility companies for service hookup to client's property.

California Department of Real Estate.

Majors preferred:
Business, Communications, Advertising, Media, Finance, Marketing, and Sales but not required.
